Teaching

​Undergraduate-Level Courses:​

  • Introduction to Statistics: This course emphasizes the role of statistics in psychological research. The course covers both descriptive and inferential statistics.

  • Industrial-Organizational Psychology: An introductory class of the field of I/O psychology offered to any Psychology major (at times, communication and business students too!) to understand what this field is all about.

  • Psychology of Diversity: A class to see diversity not just from the workplace perspective, but how it is present throughout all components of our lives.

  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Measurement: A small-group applied project-based course to reflect, develop, and engage in the validation process of a measure related to DEI.

 

Graduate-Level Courses:

  • Psychological Concepts and Methods: A required course to MA I/O Psychology students to introduce them to the main Industrial-Organizational Psychology terms as well as introductory quantitative techniques used. 

  • Diversity in the Workplace: An elective cross-listed to Psychology (Master's in I/O Psychology) and Business (MBA) students to discuss the role of differences in terms of various categories and its implications at work.  

  • Quantitative Techniques in I/O Psychology: A required course to advance students' statistical knowledge in the field of I/O psychology and provide them with a foundation for research methodological studies.
